How DeedMatch.com Works


Deedmatch.com's philosophy is to originate well underwritten and well secured “institutional quality” real estate loans while taking advantage of the flexibility afforded through private money lending and offering these investment opportunities to the general public. These real estate loans are originated through Deedmatch.com's affiliate partners. The real estate loans known as "trust deeds" are carefully scrutinized, analayzed, and filtered to only offer the investments of the highest quality.

Deedmatch.com selects the trust deed investments that are from low to moderate risk and of the highest quality. Deedmatch.com works with affiliate partners to assist in the origination of the trust deed investments. The trust deeds investments are posted online after they have been carefully underwritten.

The trust deed investments offered through Deedmatch.com become available as soon as they are listed on Deedmatch.com's website. Each approved Deedmatch.com investor has access to the online trust deed offering. Simultanteously an automated email is sent to the each approved investor indicating that a new trust deed has been posted. The trust dee investment opportunties are reserved for the investor who first selects the offering. Upon reserving a trust deed, the investor works hand in hand with their account representative while purchasing their investment.
