Trust Deed Notes

What are trust deed notes?

Trust Deed notes (popularly known as trust deed investments) are for those individuals who would like a 10% to 13% return on their capital with low to moderate risk.  All trust deed notes are secured by real estate.  The return on the trust deed note is paid monthly and the capital is usually returned within 2 to 3 years.

Trust deed notes require little attention once the loan is in place.  Most of the work of the trust deed investment is concentrated in its early stages while investigating various loan offerings.

Trust deed notes are highly advantageous for people who think they would really prefer an investment in real estate.   Many people properly hesitate to invest in real estate through fear that they don’t know about the business.  For such investors, the best way to ease in real estate is through trust deed notes; there is no safer way to learn the business.  In the process of investigating trust deed notes, you will gain a great deal of knowledge about real estate and you may tend to stumble across some real bargains in real property.

A trust deed note is a great way to enhance your investment portfolio, build wealth and receive consistent monthly cash income from a secured mortgage investment.
